The Ojai Post: Kira Ryder Kira Ryder is the owner and hostess of Lulu Bandha's, a supportive, nurturing yoga community located in the heart of downtown Ojai. Kira inhales her inspiration from the incredible beauty and intimacy of the Ojai Valley in which she is fortunate enough to live. Fascinated by the opportunities of Relationship, her teaching style has evolved to reflect the needs of who shows up. And in her classes, Kira aims to be the FAT to allow the individual's flavor to come through. She has recently launched ChannelYoga, a yoga video search site, as way to connect with yogis around the world and slowly undermine the "Yoga Man." Kira started to publish a blog last year as a way to regularly practice the fine art of communicating clearly through a different medium than her big mouth.
