Leslie enjoys living in the small town where she spent her childhood: Ojai, California. She shares her life with her partner, Kenley, and is happy to be raising their two children in this magical and nourishing valley. Leslie Davis is the author of poetry chapbook, Lucky Pup (Skanky Possum Press). Leslie Davis received an MFA in Poetics from New College of California in San Francisco. She homeschools her children and also works as a marketing writer and editor.

Local resident offers to match funds for Skate Ojai

This week, an Ojai resident agreed to donate up to $50,000 in matching funds for a permanent, in-ground skate park in Ojai. This means Skate Ojai is only $72,000 from their goal of $350,000. The donations must be collected by June 30 to FINALLY make the permanent skate park a reality.
