Profile

Aron Van Alstine’s diverse musical background inspires his eclectic style. Trained in classical and jazz piano in Minneapolis, he discovered the thrill of playing electric guitar in grunge rock bands.  After earning his degree in Madison, Wisconsin, he began a three-year tour of South America playing and singing his way from the mountains of Bolivia to the streets of Brazil.  His travels led him to Ojai, California, where he’s been fortunate to work as a music instructor and play bass with many well-known local groups.
