indeed, it's a pole replacement. maybe that's a slow news day, or maybe it's an opportunity to appreciate our infrastructure and the very professional people who've spent all day (so far) carefully transferring lines and lights from one pole to the other!

most of these poles need to be replaced because woodpeckers weaken them

Solar is still connected to the grid. More power to ya if you're off it, but still gotta have a grid.

Evan, Dude! Chill! I was not making light of the important work going on in your pic. I was poking fun at Ms. Suza for seemingly perceiving the activity as some sort of threat to her daughter who was evidently working in the little shop shown in the background.
