CSA Memberships available for January

Gozo Farm and The Farmer and The Cook have memberships available in their CSA program. Community Supported Agriculture is a popular, international movement that connects consumers with farmers who provide produce to that membership on a weekly basis. Memberships are $100 per month. Over time, the expense is a definite value to members, who also enjoy picked-that-day freshness and superb post-harvest handling, providing a highly nutritious product. Products vary from season to season and week to week. Eight to twelve items are in every membership box. Occasionally we supplement our organic produce with local organic produce ( mostly fruit) or things we encounter regionally from other organic farmers, like late season tomatoes from Buelton or avocados from Santa Paula. Pick-ups are at the Farmer and The Cook in Meiners oaks every Wednesday or Thursday. write to Steve Sprinkel at farmerandcook@gmail.com for Ojai memberships.

If you had placed your name on our waiting list previously, please let me know. Our list got wings and is somewhere else.

A similar program from the same farm also serves Ventura. Call John at 272-5337 for VENTURA delivery.
