Geek Breakfast Ojai

Geek Breakfast

In the past three months a group of Ojai residents and visitors have gathered for breakfast. The official name of the group is Geek Breakfast Ojai. We are loosely affiliated with Geek Breakfast founded in 2007 in Nashville.

A Geek Breakfast is a monthly community-driven meeting for local (and visiting) technology-minded people. Each month attendees congregate over bacon, eggs and plenty of coffee to discuss topics like social media, digital marketing, design, programming, and ways to better their communities.

Here in Ojai we have met three times and an average of 7-9 people have participated each time. The last two times we have gathered at Papa Lennon's in Meiners Oaks. They have graciously opened their space to a private breakfast served family style and the food simply ROCKS (and no, it isn't pizza for breakfast...try the fresh made scones).

We are programmers, business owners, librarians, personal coaches, and regular folk who like to talk tech and to network. See who has been involved on our Facebook page and RSVP if you can join us on June 10 at 7:30am. All are welcome.
