a water or green-juice or fruit-juice fast for a few days, with lots of sleep and fresh air, yoga, chi-gong, bicycling, all body-relaxing/connecting exercises rather than back-breaking.
I’ve just been eating lunch and dinner salads last couple of days, and a little fruit for brunch.
today we went all out for brunch … picked a big aloe vera arm, pealed it and put it in the blender with spring water and some small blood oranges … which came out this overflowing frothy fruit-smoothie-like airy river of living coolness which made us feel like we had become pure mountain creeks, and ten-year-old-youth running barefoot in them under the sycamores and ashes and bay laurels …

the only person in the world which can bring health to an individual is the individual themselves … and so we all need to share the wisdom and experience of the alternative and traditional healers worldwide … so that we can all evolve away from the monster of the corporate machine.
as to SARS, and the current Swine Flu, I assume they were/are just being used to promote that gangster medical establishment, and corporate state machinations against the China’s and Mexico’s of the world.
some tens of thousands a year, I believe, die EVERY year in the US from flu … and a million or so from the predations of the medical cartel. imagine how vast the numbers are worldwide.
800 dead worldwide in one year from SARS, or thousands from a Swine Flu, won’t even register a blip on the global annual deathcount from Flu, let alone the unimaginable ‘grotescharade’ of the medical monster.
I assume, as perhaps Ray is suggesting (and I know many many others around the world are saying) the reason why SARS was in the news, and Swine Flu is in the news, is that this hysteria-demic is an announcement by the corporate media of their laboratory-contrived politically-directed biowarfare against the asians and the hispanics of the world … like similar campaigns against blacks … and indigenous?
