So says SheWired.com… guess the secret is out.
We saw our first two sets of lesbians during lunch and noted that it was great to have family around. Post lunch we decided to take a quick soak in the spa, where we ran into several more gay women in pairs, including some friends we didn’t know were coming up. I wondered if we hadn’t stumbled upon the secret getaway of not only Hollywood, but the lesbian contingency of LA and SF.

When I came to Ojai – I saw an article that said: “Come to the 200 lesbian ball”. I thought, “Why would you advertise 200 lesbians hanging out together, unless there were 3000 more that want to know?.
If you’re not a lesbian when you come to Ojai – you might become one so – BEWARE!
Great! Lesbian couples have $$! So what’s to “beware” about? Lesbians have also been polled as most “happy with myself” –no matter what relationship status! I’d rather have self-satisfied people around — working and playing — than not! Guess I’ll have to read the article to find the “spa”…
Oh, OK, it’s a PR piece for the Inn — “Special Valentine’s Day” package, eh? Too bad they didn’t venture out to town and spend some $$ in our fine shops, restaurants, markets, etc… SheWired.com is a portal for gaywired.com host to over 20+ “gay” portals … now if the State would just let us “get married,” there would definitely be more $$ influx into our fair vacation area! Talk about economic stimulus! Event Planners, Stylists, Catering, transportation, hospitality, photographers, Body & Spirit Workers…sounds like Ojai natives to me!
