Read pages 28-42 on the Mayan letter G, and the
Singing of Divine Creation, by Hunbatz Men ...

http://books.google.com/books?id=I1aphNJzK-MC&printsec=frontcover#PPA26,M1

we NOW stand at the pinnacle of time ...

there is NOTHING within our imaginations that we cannot achieve, NOW.

let us not be shy -- ask for, every ONE of us, EVERYTHING that the world NEEDS to be protected, sane, whole, effervescent, singing, a rainbow chorus of seven billions ...

and demand it EVERY DAY.

and, we will find, we will also receive much of what we desire, wish, want.

in HER unmeasured love ...

Thanks, MT, for this interesting link. I recall now that a couple of years ago I saw a book on the letter G.

For some time now my consciousness has been focused around a womam who I call Lover. She is earth centered which the Mayans and their symbol G also were. Ironically I also see the milky way as earth centered, although science looks at it differently.

Most of my life has been patriarchal; anti-earth focal, transcendent sky God oriented. Reading your link, I sensed that even the Mayans were already tainted with the patriarchal worldview.

I push the viewfinder back further into herstory from whence the letter G most likely derived. It embodied the same womam lover I feel moving in me, and as the article notes, had to do with a sung language. Interestingly, G is the highest note on our A to G scale.

According to Julian Jaynes in The Origin of Consciousness in the Breakdown of the Bicameral Mind, ancient people heard the voice of the womam called G continuously singing to them (my reinterpretation of his "gods"). He argues that even today our right brain (for righthanders) has this strange lack of function which once was used for hearing this cultural lover, as I call her.

Our present culture of patriarchy is lost, having lost contact with its roots in the pre-patriarchal womam focal culture. Patriarchy rebelled against the original order of womam-earth, child and man.

It's too much for here. For the record, I'm putting my book, Lover Earth Government, up on the web at aeonity.com/loverearth which summarizes my views at this stage of my life.

Thanks for your continuing encouragement to bring forward the changes we want. I tend to get stuck in "againstness" and need the community support that you and others (really all, especially those who test me) provide.

By the way, I love Dylan so this thread using his classic as background for Barack is precious, although problematic insofar as he and Barack are enigmatic.

That was amazing! Thanks!

Very uplifting - thanks Raymond!

Hope springs eternal...

Thank you... that was well worth watching...
