Great, let those trucks roll ! Glad to be part of a thriving economy, and to be getting America moving again! Those truckers are helping build roads and by not having to go far away the are reducing our carbon footprint, we here in Ojai can be proud of that.
Of course Brian is all for truck traffic. They have much in common. The trucks and Brian annoy many who hear them. The trucks and Brian are polluters. Brian pollutes the ojai post regularly with his toxic agenda. The trucks and Brian are both incapable of seeing the big picture. The trucks and Brian both completely ignore the hard facts that threaten their status quo mentality.

Rock Quarry to Resort
So what do you do with a half a mile hole in the ground that used to be a rock quarry? How about an all in one recreational resort?
That's exactly what you'll get if you decide to vacation in Shanghai, China sometime around May 2009. The resort will not only include a 400 bed five star hotel built into the rock face, but will also include restaurants, cafes, sport facilities, conference facilities, and even underwater public areas, guestrooms, and aquariums. Activities include all kinds of boating, swimming, snorkeling, fishing, bungee jumping, and rock climbing.
Oh yeah, did I mention it's going to be green.. using geothermal energy and a green roof.

My other observation was that we would be sending these trucks a hundred miles out of their way thereby creating more pollution and costing the taxpayers here in Ventura county more money to repair our roads, money that could be better spent on our schools
