That looks exactly like the blue-bellied lizard my cat Leo the Lion dropped on my yoga mat a few hours ago (only it’s tail was missing). I caught it in my hands and felt its dragon like claws. It played dead when I carefully put it outside, but then when I sprinkled water on it’s back, it ran away…
Hoo boy, just caught a four foot king snake in our bedroom. Wow. Will take a picture as we release it up in Horn Canyon…
Why don’t you just leave it where you found it, they kill rattlesnakes and eat gophers, helping farmers.
Was that snarky, Brian, or did you accidentally skip over the word “bedroom”? Might try including a winky emoticon with your especially dry sense of humor.
Leave it in the general environment where you live, not in your house. It probably has a mate in the general area. Those are really good snakes !
