Amgen Bike Tour: Lake Casitas Leg
reader submitted video of the Bike Tour... Heather Miller writes: "Hundreds of local riders and fans braved the chilly morning to watch the tour from the peak of Casitas Pass. I took a video I've uploaded to youtube in case you're interested in sharing it with your readers. It was a very exciting event, I'm sure the sprint thru downtown was equally as exhiliarating."

Thanks for posting these videos Lisa and Tyler. Missed it this year so I enjoyed this glimpe of the bike tour...I wasn't able to activate the one through downtown Ojai. Will try again later...

I've watched it every year, usually from downtown where they have a sprint, so it's terribly exciting. This year I watched them after coming off the KOM and winding around the lake - much slower than the downtown sprint. I'm always amazed at how many cars are involved - they sort of create their own little traffic jam.
