I'LL SHOW YOU MINE - IF YOU SHOW ME YOURS!
GURU that is. Funny how they appear in the most unexpected forms. My Buddha.

It doesn't matter who your Guru/Buddha is, AWAKENING can happen at any time, regardless of who you are, what you say or what you do. You could be praying or watching tv eating ding-dongs. Contrary to common belief, it doesn't matter how long you've been meditating, chanting, doing yoga, going to church, or doing service. Awakening is always a surprise. A GIFT with no past or present merit or strings attached. A HAPPENING. Two short videos for your entertainment. AWAKENING #1 (the realization) Part #2 (the interviews and breakthrough) - Love, Dvorah

Thank you David! Basically it's all a Big Mystery. From my perspective Everyone's Nature is "Happiness" or "Enlghtenment". However, the so-called "enlightened" are "Happiness & happy!" The "unenlightened" are still Happiness but un-happy!. You can be AWAKE and grumble and make all sorts of noise (but it's only a grumble in time). It doesn't matter very much because It's from "the throat",not from the heart. The Heart remains Love, your very Nature.

dvorah-
i know u don't think much of meditation, compassion, cooking for others, extreme house-cleaning or group hugs.
But have u ever considered a lobotomy?

El Anonimo:
Geez, did you two use to date or something? Why all the anomosity? I'm not judging, just curious...

I for one found this post painfully unfunny and false.... and so feel compelled to point out that the "David" above is not the "david" who has been commenting lately about political matters.

there's a wren in the willow wood,
flies so high and sings so good ...

there is something fishy about those comments posted late last night.
Comment #11 Posted by: something fishy | January 31, 2008 09:36 AM
The Wren is heartbreakingly/beautiful...how is that possible? lovely.
Comment #12 Posted by: dvorah | January 31, 2008 10:55 AM
The only thing fishy about those comments is your infatuation with them, and let it be known that the David commenting on political backwash is not the same David you see here expressing his circulation of love. Cha!

I might suggest new David refer to himself as just that or provide an initial to represent his last name so readers can differentiate and you don't risk "impersonating a regular contributor."

I am infatuated with all of you, especially David (the political one) and El Anonimo - and yes, we are lovers and we are all in this mess together (and the world is an orderly mess). So honeys take your best shot - cause non of us are getting out alive. But Freedom? well, that our Nature.

To the new "David" re comment #14: Those late night comments all sounded the same, like they were made up by the same Movie Critic. Nothing wrong with having a little fun,but that is what I think "fishy" meant.

I'm a real person, not some psycho emotional cocktail thank you very much. Paranoia will destroy ya.
Comment #17 Posted by: "New David" | January 31, 2008 08:09 PM
Darling (new)David, do I know you? It's all "fishy" and it's all "in Fun" - How can we take any of this seriously? Actually I'm with El Anonimo #8 - I think we should all have a lobotomy. Fortunately for me - I've already had one - "and I consider it a Blessing!!"
May we all be "blessed with a universal lobotomy" and wake up in peace, soon I hope. Love Dvorah
