That photo is just magical. This picture says so many more than a thousand words. What a beautiful composition, what breath taking detail. the colors and values-so exciting. Isn't Nature grand! You have a great eye. Did you use photoshop?

Thank you for this beautiful, uplifting photograph Raymond! Can you tell us about it? At first glance that looks like snow on the rocks...

Gorgeous photo! I miss Ojai so much...:) Thanks for sharing that! :)

Hi Suza,

This photo was taken from my porch swing of Matilija Creek.
The snow look is simply the sun off of the rocks.
I'm grateful to live with such beauty outside my door.

Thank you Carol, Suza & Cat,

Here is more if you would like to see them. Click on the Photography link. http://www.simplebrilliance.com/interests.htm

hey raymond, why didn't you include that beautiful chain link fence you put up along the road to your "home?"

...and the sign on it that claims the matilija creek as the "property" of the matilija sanctuary?

Raymond,
If the area is indeed your "property", why don't you clean up all of the nasty graffiti that adorns every piece of concrete in the area?

sort of like the graffiti anonymous just posted here
