Hi Sally, are you going to see Seabiscuit on Sunday? If so, I hope you will tell us all about it!

Hi,
Yes I am, and I will! ;-)

i'll be there too, with help from many generous members of the Ojai Peace Coalition who joyfully put up the money for me to attend as their representative!
THIS JUST IN: Dennis Kucinich, sponsor of the Department of Peace and Nonviolence Act (HR 808) as well as a Democratic presidential candidate, will be in Ojai on Sunday and has agreed to visit Glen Muse for a meet-and-greet event on Sunday evening at 8PM.
This event is not in any way affiliated with the Living Peace in Ojai event -- which is non-political, let alone non-partisan -- but clearly there is an affinity that some may want to explore further.
The gathering is open to the public and free, though donations to his cause will be gratefully accepted.
Directions to Glen Muse are in the Living Peace program, available at all the weekend events taking place in Libbey Park and at Ojai's retreat centers.

Great that there will be a free opportunity to meet Dennis Kucinich. Just remember that if they are providing refreshments at Glen Muse, Seabiscuit is vegan!

Hey Evan. Keep your pants on.
Try listening to what Kucinich has to say.
It might wake up some of those somnolent neural peptides.

"evan the great" - you are welcome to participate here pseudonymously. But please pick a different handle - taking a jibe at evan austin with every single comment you make is not appreciated. Read our new terms if you still want to play.

thanks for the clarity, Tyler. also, sweet new commenter agreement/disclaimer! can it be applied retroactively? ;)
as to the topic at hand:
ah, political discourse in the United States of America. nowhere else will you find such comprehensive and open-minded dialogue as the time-honored tactic of making vague and unsupported smears of your opponent, followed by vague and unsupported repeating of your chosen candidate's name.
