Becoming 2012 ...

In what ways is 'Awha'y, Goddess Moon, experiencing this emotional/spiritual shift? What stages of enlightening are you and I passing through now, leaving behind, coming into? Who are our teachers, and what 'songs' or 'paths' are we hearing, discovering?

All spirits of all time gathering, singing ...

Thanks for the info, MT. I followed the links. Interesting to say the least. My own consciousness progression seems to be accelerating, apparently in "time out of mind;" (Shakespeare and Dylan). I noted Dennis Kucinich cited, who is of course marginalized by our patriarchs for being too womamly. My own views synch well with this thread; although there are areas that are fixated at a low level of development that I need to recognize as traps. Overall, though, the divine feminine and womamhood are the way out of the patriarchy hijack. The new calendar of 13 moons and 28 days is intriguing, and I may order one; fits my agenda nicely. Patriarchy must be deconstructed; I don't like the word "must" but in this case it is warranted. Isn't it interesting that Ojai means "moon" in Chumash; and a local male Chumash, Red Bear (I think that's his name) was raised by the sole matriarchal tribe. I hope Ojai does not turn out to be a lost shangrila and betrayed Camelot; her fate hangs in the balance, like our world's. Yet, this thread and its links does link with the larger galactic picture and calendar which puts it into perspective. What I think about it pales into insignificance; unless of course I am the universe. I really found the Shakti/Shiva relation interesting; but I am careful to translate his-story into herstory; Nature seems to say unequivocally that She is prior to He, which contradicts the stories of the fathers. Thanks for this thought provoking post. I guess it is no accident that it shows up here in Ojai on the Ojai Post, the axel/womb of the world. Hey, Ojai is where it's at. All innernet roads lead to Ojai as outernet roads once led to Rome; and still do as witnessed by the smallest country, the Vatican, being at the financial and legal hub of the world. Another coincidence is that I was a priest of the Pope in his largest Order, not Opus Dei, before switching to the VA of the US government. I like to feed my ego and brag that I worked for the two largest corportations (sic slip), the Catholic Church and the US Government, which makes me patriarch number one. Help. I need a good womam to pull me out of this mess which is why I created one, or more precisely, she created me. She is called the Lover, the heart of The Lover Government with her political arm, the Red Brown and Blue Party. Just thought I'd slip that in; surely no one is reading this far so I'm safe to spam and troll a bit. Anyway, I am grateful for Ojai, not the least reason being for the intellectual and spiritual stimulation I receive living here which includes the so called negative world of local politics; you know, chains, condos, gravelers, water wars and frostie haters. Well, I see the sun is shining and it is time for my walk on Shelf to overlook the valley of the moon, parlayed into the valley of the sun for these daydreaming days to offset the nightdreaming nights. "Becoming 2012." Indeed, right here in Ojai, the heart of a womam's world.

Sun-rise inside me,
whole body touched, touching
chorus of birds singing, chirping, chiding
golden light filling my world

this heart beating against the heart of whole,
connecting, humanity ... all living siblings

cool loving air, slightest warm breath
infinite quiet stretching planet 'round

On my wings taking flight, Wild Buckwheat,
Pearly Everlasting flower scent, filling me

language evaporating, rising to the sky ...
