Spring Cleaning...redefined
It has been one busy spring at my office. Seems like everyone in Ojai (and surrounding areas) is doing some kind of Spring Cleansing or Detox. So I took the liberty of writing up a few guidelines for healthy cleansing in case there is anyone out there who hasn't done it yet, and posting it at OjaiHealing. I'd love to see you all comment there about your experiences, thoughts, goals, etc!

we picked up a greenjuicer at the Help Of Ojai Thrift Shop last week ... and I have begun juicing the green bounty from our new garden.
that and more bicycling, and this Ojai Green rAevolution -- aemotional-whole-life-cleanse -- has brought me back to ground zero --
right in the center of the river of these last years of the Mayan Calendar evaporating.
revealing the Age Of Aquarius, the Divine Mother, returned ...
