I heard from a reliable source that the Ford dealership was being used by Range Rover as part of the training of salespeople in their new vehicles. That’s why some of the models were literally kept under wraps.

the gas station across from Starr has clearly been purchased by the Land Conservancy and is being preserved as a wildlife sanctuary.
the station near the Y was rumored to be a deli, but that seems to have stalled.
I heard it was to become a mini K-Mart! ;/
