City of Ojai Public Hearing Notice
No new zoning clearances, building permits or other development permits for formula retail and formula restaurants would be processed or approved by the City of Ojai until the City Council takes final action to amend the Zoning Regulations, or until this urgency ordinance or extensions thereof expire.
The proposed urgency ordinance would not apply to vested permit applications.
This matter has been set for public hearing at a special meeting of the Ojai City Council on Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Ojai City Hall located at 401 South Ventura Street, Ojai, California. Interested persons may at that time appear before Council as an advocate or opponent to the proposed urgency ordinance.

Anyone who seeks to challenge the decision of the Ojai City Council in court with respect to this matter may be limited to raising those issues addressed at the public hearing descried in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City Clerk at or prior to the public hearing.
