Frost Advisory in Ojai tonight, Freeze Watch Wed. AM

The National Weather Service has issued a Frost Advisory for early Tuesday morning and a Freeze Watch for Wednesday early AM.

Update on ownership of solar REC’s

On December 7, 2006, the California Public Utilities Commission issued a Proposed Decision regarding Distributed Generation Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) in the California Solar Initiative (CSI) proceeding.
