Ventura County - Ojai Valley-wide Discussions

Reminder notice:

Ojai Valley-wide discussion. The first meeting, through the use of PowerPoint slides and an in-depth discussion, will focus on the current Ojai valley, the way its citizens are connected and what positive objectives we might undertake together.

Nordhoff High School Gym
1401 Maricopa Hwy.
Sunday, Nov.12
2-4:30pm (check in begins at 1:30pm)

There are two basic goals of the Ojai Valley-Wide Discussions:

The first is to have a core group of interested citizens develop a better understanding of the various distinct communities in the Ojai Valley and facilitate opportunities for those citizens to improve their contacts with each other.

The second goal is to have the same core group identify positive projects that could be undertaken in the Ojai Valley that would be viewed as win-win projects.

Our history demonstrates that we can easily find a number of projects and issues to disagree about. The question is, can we build trust across various communities by identifying a list of positive projects that would enhance the Ojai Valley?
