Cleansing, Part III

Spirulina and Chlorella to the rescue!
I was so tired and a little down emotionally this morning. Came home, mixed up a tablespoon of each of the aforementioned algaes in some water, chugged it, and felt better within 5 minutes. I've been using blends of green powders in my smoothies for years but hadn't realized just how potent these single-celled veggies are. They don't taste so good, but I felt the same energy boost as I get from a cup of coffee but none of the jittery side effects. Now, if only they served delicious vanilla flavored algae drinks at the local coffee shop so I could visit with friends and enjoy the flavor....

kia ora, Heather!

Maori blessings on you for sharing your motivation and gentling ... connecting with yourself and divine nature.

the algaes and wheatgrass never appealed to me ... yet green juices (like spinach, kale, collards, mizuna, cabbage, brocolli ... any light greens) bring me 'home'.

one with wind and water,

copper sun, cyan shadows,

silver crow ...
